There should be something else than Ogre at the gate. Something like demonic gate that attacks everything on sight in close combat, and throws bombs at players and people should cooperate to defeat it (in like 1 minute), then the rivalry starts.

Makes no sense. Archers like me would die in that situation, cause they're not used to close combat. Stupid as fuck.

No, it's a bad idea. Reflexes can't help when you're getting swarmed with enemies. Shield is the only thing that can help you in some situations. The only thing this game really needs is directional kicking.
Makes no sense. I bet that most of the players have the sound turned off, cause there is no volume slider. And Slenderman doesnt have anything to do with Halloween.

Open the file (the one in picture below) in notepad. Add those lines at the end ->
0.0.0.0 coin-hive.com
0.0.0.0 coinhive.com
If it doesn't want to save, copy that file to desktop, add the line, save the file, and paste edited file to "etc" folder. Of course you can't save it as txt file, hosts file must not have extension, you have to save it as "all files".
