Ping / Latency - is what has been added (a measure how long it takes for client to communicate with the server)

Ping (on the map) - is a visual signal in the game - that some place requires attenttion

FPS - is how many times the game refresh the render each second

It's neither intentional nor a bug - it just is. Let's vote and I will add conditional for no weapon.

VOTE UP = Remove clash for fists

VOTE DOWN = Let the weapon vs fists clash stay

Yes something like that - but probably simplified to just one signal.
