You can cancel the  weapon hit using only your hands, does that make sense?
Is it intentional?
Is it a bug?

It's neither intentional nor a bug - it just is. Let's vote and I will add conditional for no weapon.

VOTE UP = Remove clash for fists

VOTE DOWN = Let the weapon vs fists clash stay

I think fists should clash only with other player fists. But with weapons nope.
