I'm not sure. But if you and your friend put in the same matchmaking code and go into Practice Mode, I think it puts you in the same room. I know Egze has opened private servers once in a while.

You forgot: It increases the bones dropped by a player when killed. It could go from 40% to something like 60-70%, or maybe a chance for 90%
