This is Rezoner's art, not mine. I think he uses Blender. I'm pretty sure he first creates a 3D model of the Character and items, and then turns them into spirits. He probably pixelates the images to make them easier to load, to reduce lag.

He had made a post, which he then deleted. But luckily I took a screen shot :P

THE ONLY REASON SOMEONE SHOULD GET MUTED IS IF THAT PLAYERS SPAMS!! Not if I say something and then someone else repeats it. At the end of a match I always like to say GG, but with the mute thing I have to say GGG or GGGG, in order so that I don't run the chance of getting muted.

It could be a subtler, duller, sound.

Yeah and with it added to the front page they should probably be more professional, even though it's just for fun. 

This might actually work now, with all the new stuff that has been added.

Some Ideas:

• Players would start with nothing, and could then pick up their weapons, instead of the ones from the shop. Maybe even have craft-able weapons.
• The map would need to be really big, and have lots of trees, mountains, random chests, and other stuff.
• Have the center of the map with chests that have better stuff. 
• Instead of showing the locations of players, you could track peoples footprints. 
• Add marsh lands that slow people down, and have a different sound when you run.
• etc..

It would probably be pretty fun, although yeah, it would kind of be a rip off of Minecraft hungergames. But Minecraft is/was really popular, so it might attract more players, if it's done right. It also would not work with bots, so it would need more active players.
