Please, what is the name of the program you used to do this pixel art?

This is Rezoner's art, not mine. I think he uses Blender. I'm pretty sure he first creates a 3D model of the Character and items, and then turns them into spirits. He probably pixelates the images to make them easier to load, to reduce lag.

He had made a post, which he then deleted. But luckily I took a screen shot :P
