I would go with the circle - as it doesn't require one to leave the hand from WSAD.

Yes there is cooldown on kick - it's from the old times when people were spamming kick like crazy, and it was OP... I think it's not needed anymore as we have good counters for everything now - same for block and roll.

Stop clicking like a madman after you die ;) Clicking postpone respawn screen. It works like so because people were randomly clicking on ads while they didn't really wanted to.
