Some of that is planned (collecting wood, stone). I have to think about it more but I want this game to dwell towards adventure mode first then we can think of "city building". Not dismissing it in any way as letting tribes to have their own maps is something that was poking in my head for some time.

Because it undermines the game economy. Wilds.io is not Tibia where you have 1000 ways to spend the money. Introducing things like this drastically lowers the value of wilds currency making it unattractive to play or pay for.
