I think this idea have good answer from community and now with tribes players can make gangs not only with random players but also with teammates from tribe. This can be good cooperation. (also it's fun when few black guys fight in one team vs all others :p)

This make bow useless. Bow now is good in my opinion, especially after last update.

Maybe when hero have hat, the hair should not have this animation. Just old long hair sprite and hat.

With good timing you can kick/block everyone projectile from wand or bow. I suggest you start to play with this weapons for good understand how tactics with this weapons works. With this experience i think you should not have more problems with mages and bowmans :)
