I don't deny that you have lags - but there is not much I can do with that report.

The guide tho - it contains the secret knowledge of making console screenshots so I can repair the stuff.

Go to the shop - take some food and get out without paying - if security catches you - just tell them the same - that you liked the taste until you had to pay for it - I am pretty sure they will share your point of view.
