new weapon - fire wand

melee dmg: like ice wand

option #1:

charge attack: exploding fire ball - fire one fire ball that explode while impact and dill area damage (2 dmg points for the one who got hit 1 dmg point to his area mates)

special attack: self explode - exploding in a small area around the user dilling 2-3 dmg point and pushing enemies away.

option #2:

charge attack: fire rapid little fire balls (like ice wand)

special attack: exploding fire ball - fire one fire ball that explode while impact and dill area damage (3 dmg points for the one who got hit 2 dmg point to his area mates)

I likes more the first option but it could be too OP so I added the second one.
