Do you even how adblock installed? Maybe you are just blocking pop ups?
After clicking login with patreon - check your address bar if there is a new icon.

Generally speaking stamina was meant to be cost for everything attack, skills, etc.
But players strongly opposed against it. Although I may forcefully do that experiment ;D

It seems your upgrade system doesn't work. Current version is 50 and there is no way it will run on Chrome 37 which is 2 years old. I am sorry but there is no way I can fix that - it doesn't support a lot of new things. You have to upgrade you Chrome (or the whole Ubuntu - 16 is really awesome :) )
