Your point here is invalid because the person you want to one versus one may choose to refuse. It's a link and he/she has a choice whether to click it or not, which defeats the purpose of getting revenge on a runner or someone else if he/she knows you want exact revenge. My resolution to getting revenge on runners is to force players into a small map where he has no place to run other than reloading the page, which takes away he/she's bones. 

Yes, I admit I lost my temper but runners are undeniably annoying.
