Ingame New Quest Notification

Quests usually reset at a randomtime each day eg. you can get a new quest at 5:03 pm. If you are playing from say 4:30 to 5:30, but you don't know when the quest will reset (doesn't reset at the O'clock usually), there can be a notification ingame with the green border just like the "quest complete" notification.
