Desert to healing relation

Problem: So a way to heal in wilds is to go by or build a fire. You are in a desert and I really do not think this makes much sense. If you are in a desert and you are near a fire, would that just make you hotter?

Solution: I feel like in other posts, the idea of adding water would heal you. Maybe you can add like oasis that would be like a fire, and it would make sense because it would cool you and maybe heal you.
