Please add a slow-computer option (less lag)

I would like there to be a option for for slower computers and to reduce lag (maybe a drop in graphics option). This also could attract more players!

You hear that Egzy?  No more getting away from 1 V 1s (kek).  It does seem obvious that if there is a souped-up 60 FPS mode, we should have a lag-less mode.
