Penalty shoot out when 10 minutes has been passed (Football)

I know when 10 minutes have been passed it's a golden goal but you can do like a vote,

(Golden goal or Penalty shootout)

If there is afk, you can make the vote for 20 seconds, 20 seconds passed then its a decision.

If it is like 4 people vote golden goal and 4 people vote penalties then it could be an automatic choice ( the game picks )

If you hate the idea, comment about what you hate, i have no worries if you insult or anything but a comment about what you hate is all i need :))
