Granades Crashing Game

I cant play for more then 5 minutes at a time every time someone throws a granade the game crashes. I cant get a high score or fight its annoying.

Press Escape/Fullscreen button, it will be fine after that... till someone in your FOV throws grenade again...

thanks that helps but its still annoying
