Minimum points for 3v3
I'm tired of my 3v3 arena teammates quitting the match at the beginning of the game. Such people are almost exclusively noobs, so I suggest introducing a requirement for having a certain number of points in 3v3. I think 100 is okay, but it can be any number.

Restricting something from a game until a certain point is dumb idea. A better idea would to make the penalty bigger or possible account ban for leaving repeatedly over and over again
I see no point in banning people for such things, they may have to leave the game due to irl issues. Making the penalty bigger would also be frustrating for them for the same reason.
My argument is that experienced players care more about arena points and thus are less likely to quit.
Making it 100+ though will make it take forever for a match to go though. It would be better to make it for people who are logged into an account. Let's say it has a "are you still here" check mark box that you have to click on to confirm that you are not afk every 5-10 minutes, as it takes a while to get a 3v3.
100 is a bit too harsh, yes.
1) make a tribe
2) invite some pros
