Tutorial or some kind of training room for new players

New players keep asking for controls in game, for example:

- how to block

- how to roll

- how to run

- how to kick

- how to perform jumps

Training/practice room with some short tutorial with basic skills will help them a lot.

Probably even a simple list of controls will work for them as good.
