Bug with customization shop
Hello, I saved more than 4k coins because I wanted to be prepared to buy grenades. As it turned out, they are free. For this reason, I bought a Viking hat and legionnaire hat. Then I played a while and then after some time I wanted to change the headgear. Unfortunately, both helmets "returned to the store" and I lost the gold.
This is not a big problem because you can them to me simply restore, but same could be for other users. for this reason it should be quickly checked / repaired.

I prefer to check this bug quickly because buying in store may still not work and more people will lose the items purchased.
Heh i see Rez you send me gold for buy again this helmets, but when i buy both of them, viking hat again go back to the store. But i make test and I buy this hat again, and now this stay in my eq. 1k less gold is not big deal for me.
Probably still something is broken, or problem is only with my account.
IDK what caused that - maybe server have died or something - I could do nothing more than give you back your gold.
