Spawn time skip

When you do good in quick game, it allows you to do brutal football. When someone clicks that, they go to the menu screen, where they can skip the spawn timer and go into a quick game.

Maybe continuing the spawn time once you leave the death screen?

You don't always go back to the same game, and your points are reset back to zero. It's essentially equivalent to refreshing the page and clicking "Quick game".
