Lobby counter & session management

The lobby counter appears only after you modify the tribe name. Would be cool to have the counter always there (well, not for empty tribes name ofc), as anyway the tribe name is memorized.

If you open two tabs with wilds.io, the second says that you are already logged via a popup, but everything else appears as logged out.
