Hold down key to simulate mouse scroll

I love playing the game, however I can only go so far as I am playing on a laptop without a mouse. Could you possible make it so that you can use the special abilities without having to have an actual thing to scroll? I did try enabling features that enabled scrolling for my trackpad, however I was unable to scroll while pressing mouse buttons.
