Weird glitch when I got swapped from a low pop server.

My name and score stayed the same on the leader board, but in game I was changed into a new name and was tiny. Also I was unable to change my facing, stuck always facing and attacking and rolling etc east. After I died the bug persisted, my old name and score were stuck on the leader board unchanged from my death and I was still stuck facing east. After a second death I found myself stuck facing south, but otherwise the same issues persisted.

Here's a screen cap of the bug. You can see me, stuck facing south, and then in the upper corner my old score and name highlighted on the leaderboard. But it's not me, and I've died several times and the score isn't going down.
