Alter Spawn Positioning

I have spawned next to enemies so many times, and gotten insta killed, and then my score is basically reduced to nothing.

Make it so that you spawn in a place where there is no enemies in a certain range???

Also sometimes you respawn almost exactly where you died.
It's not an issue with regular players, but patrons have a ~1 second respawn time, so having you respawned with full health next to opponent who just defated you in a long battle and has 1 hp left can be really frustrating for him.
