browser (ctrl + -) allows you to zoom out and gain advantage for knowledge of enemy placement and knife throwing
i'm able to see people far away that cannot see me because they have not "zoomed out" by hitting ctrl + -
Any way to fix it?

This has been "fixed" by making CTRL a key used to control the character, but this is still easily bypassable, for example by zooming out through the browser's settings

Not a bug
The game has different scales on different resolutions anyway hence I am totally ok with people using browser scaling features. There is no way to disable it entirely.
