Ranked waiting Hack

Hackers leave a ranked match 10 seconds before end. They can join match without waiting and always play for fun with level 1 noobs as they get bonus of -10 points after each hack.

- Players of level 2 can't play ranked.

- Laggers don't like getting -10 points.

- It's hard for noobs to upgrade level.

- Hackers play Casual game mode.

- Ranked mode hacked!

- Not enough people playing ranked.

You should change giving -10 points to a total ban on playing for about an hour (10 minutes maybe will give same effect).
