Tribe options

I think it is a good idea to add option to transferring tribal rights.  

I have a problem with it myself because i changed facebook account and i started from begin but tribal rights are on old account.

it would also be worth to add more option for tribe. For example option to turn on/off friendly fire. All members will be can individually do it.

On this moment belong to a tribe don't have anythink :/
