EU server Fort cannot load

I have a black screen when I want to play Fort mode in EU server, I tried to change browser (Chrome to Firefox), clear the cache and delete cookies. 
But it seems only my account on EU server has this problem because i can play as guest in EU Fort. 
I can still watch fights in Arena / Browars and football and go in the other servers.
