we need a little ghost time after respawning

if you spawn much further from where you died, the camera needs time to get there. it that time I got 2 hits from a guy. It is totally unfair like this. you cant block what you cant see. you should give at least 1 second of ghosting(you cant or cant be attacked).

Since we have safe spawn zones now it's not needed anymore. Although ghost time after getting up stays.
