Spectator cam in football should be on the ball

Either that or we could have an option to switch between who the cam follows. Right now it sticks to a random player and they're not always where the action is. It also lingers on them when they die.

I'm not crazy about spectating but if it's gonna be a feature this will have to be addressed.
