Flag in game chat bug

If you look down at the screenshot, (sorry I did not zoom) you can see this dude is missing his flag. This is just a bug I found. But what is the real point behind the arrows in the chat to track people? It really is not useful.

There's also a bug I wanted to report in this screenshot, ads stay ingame (I was in a queue for football)

This was sometimes happening, my friend got no flag, and arrows behind the text writen by player is which way you should go to him. But you can't go through walls :P
