Awaiting moderation is a status this is awaiting for Rez's agree for post. This status show only when you break any rule too much... 1 idea per week, dude. After few days this should disappear, and all your comments you do for this short time will have "ON MODERATION" on right up corner.

No it's not a bug - you post too much and system thinks you are spamming.
