Sprites- Where can I make them?

I could pass you the program link that the rezoner uses to make cracked sprites just sure that the rez would not like it then not. Sorry ;-;

You mean the sprite tool? Sure you can post it, although it's hard to guess what are the sprite names in the game. Also I am not sure what is this guy exactly looking for.

Just use ms Paint it works if you know how to use it but if you dont want that and more HQ you might want Gimp
