[BUG] Arena Gold

So While laddering on Arena today, I noticed a bug with the gold.

Due to decay(loss of score from inactivity), you can lose arena score, yet the gold cost remains the same.

Theoretically if you don't play for long enough, you could have a gold cost of 40-50 gold per game, yet have an arena score of 10 or 20. 

This probably doesn't have that much impact on actual gameplay, but I do believe that it's a quick fix, and will make old players that haven't played in some time have a fairer arena experience.
