Worm bug and hole in mountain - CTF

The worm can climb mountains (it's difficult to explain) and there is a hole in CTF where person with the flag can go super far away, making it unbalanced, here is some photos:

If you look closely the worm is not supposed to go above the mountains but it has gone above it.

If you think this is not a bug, say why. This could ruin the game in CTF as the person with the flag can climb on the hole and go so far away.
