Yes, those icons under 1,2,Q and E exist as long as wilds exist, now when potions and items are landing on Q and 1 if not occupied or 2 and E if Q and 1 are occupied, they are not needed.. Points counter on upper part of screen isn't needed too (of course, if someone hate circles it's his problem... :D). +1 to topic
