Remove Grenade until Fixed

The grenade causes the screen to freeze upon use (most of the time). This adds frustration to the game, so I propose the grenade should be removed until this bug is fixed.

If that helps - crash only happens when someone in your FOV throws grenade, so probably it have something to do with grenades appearing or how they appear or with last frames of throwing animation.
