Stacking items up to 3 each would increase survival chance.

Going higher than this would most likely cause issues though.

Possibly triggering after reaching the skull rank (it's annoying to reach it and have no real advantage out of it)

Certain heroes - will have advantage of stacking items - for example ninja will be able to collect more knives.
