ANTI-SPAM IS RUINING THE FORUMS

The forums at this point have pretty much fallen apart, we really need a moderator system. The 'wait until rezoner oks it before it's posted' think isn't working, it's just more overwhelming to have to deal with.

I urge members to focus on things that will change the game for the better. Practical proposals are much more valuable than whimsical ones. We don't need new game modes or skins or boss fights, we need people actively contributing data about the current game that Rezoner can use to guide changes in the future. It's better to request a refine to the current content than ask for more and more crap to be piled on to the game.

I think this system is broken as I have set it up that members with account older than two weeks and two accepted messages can post without moderation BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK. I am getting tired of UserEcho but I don't have resources to write my own system and reddit isn't that convenient for sustaining discussions (no bumps to the top).

And what about the moderator? In my mind he have easy job - just looking on the forum and keep eye for spammers and very rude peoples (like in last situation). Moderator cannot delete any posts and comments if they not are rude etc. He must act with the forum rules and not personal feelings. In my opinion this can give you better work conditions.

Also I not press, because you know what is best for you.

Well to be honest - because having moderators on UserEcho is quite expensive. About 220 USD per moderator.

Now i know why you not want go in this way and i totally agree with you.


Maybe as is the ability to limit the amount of adding posts and comments within a specified period of time? For example, a maximum of 3-5 comments per hour and one post per day? I don't know what abilities give you this site engine.

Before there were posts apearing every few hours and now all the posts pile up and get moderated and the same thing goes for the comments
