"Special ability : fast and strength - healt" Fast and strength isn't really a special ability. The swards special ability is whirl attack. What would the machete's be?
I personally think it would be nice to have another weapon, but so far people haven't been too original in thinking up something new (spear, mace, chain mace, pike, cross bow, etc...). It would need to have a special attack that is unique, fun, and not too OP.

Maybe it's special attack is normal attack but does 1 damage and makes you bleeding for 6 secs (0.5dmg/sec) what slows you?
The machete is a similar version of the sword, although it is a valid idea - just a different point of view.
