Users abusing new spawn system

I just started playing a match in CTF, and I saw something very bad.
The brown team was minuscle, while the grey team was overly populated!
I speak of something like 3-4 vs 10, no bots.

I think there are two reasons why this might have happened.

1 - Accidental. Sometimes the spawn system breaks (I wrote about this issue already), and it doesn't permit you to spawn in the brown team, even when you click on the "brown team" button.

2 - Intentional. These bastards decided to play together in the same team and get easy wins!

The problem n.1 is most certainly a bug.
