Switch items/teams/queue during death

It would be nice if, instead of having to quit to main menu and get back, if we could just change our items while waiting for respawn.

Also, a lot of player likes to change teams during a match. Sometimes, I have to reconnect like 3 times before going to the game I want in the team I want. There should be some sort of protection to avoid getting all players into one team.

The same idea could be applied to queue too. If I'm waiting for 3v3 and there is no one, I should be able to change to 1v1 without having to quit
