Points gained after a ranked match
In my opinion, the player gains too little points for winning a ranked match (+3, and only if they perform very well) in comparison to how much they lose (-10, pretty much always)

They loose -10 only if they leave the game before the end as a penalty - so they don't ruin games for everyone.
You actually see that often due to the duplicate names bug
I've played around 20 ranked games and I don't think that's true.
Maybe it's -10 only if the first place has 1k+ points (even the winner team's 3rd member can lose a few points like that too)
If I win a ranked match I get no ranked up
