The changing color of clothes / Too dark floor

Here is a glich when i throw my weapon the colour of my cloths changing the color of the opposing team. The problem is probably the only team in gray.

It is also the second problem (I think so), the floor changed color to very dark. I do not know if this is the intended effect but now looks too dark.
