Was able to flood the chat (somehow causing some players to be unable to respawn?) by repetatively typing ":sos: :sos: "

I too was victim of his, so I have deconnect reconnect ....

I have added two new rules to spam list.

Also maximum chat width is now 40% of screen so it should not cover the respawn button.
