Fullscreen is not working

Sooo... fullscreen button is not working since the update, not once. I use Chrome on Windows 10.
(F11 works fine, though.)
(long time before the update, fullscreen wouldn't always work for me, sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't, in these cases I asked other players if any of them experienced similarly and no, it was just me. Maybe this is just me again, idk.)
