RIP RESPAWN

So I'm not really sure what happened on my end but every time i die im stuck at the 9.0 second respawn timer. Not sure if this is only affecting me or others? Please help thx babes

Could you open console (F12) and make a screenshot after the game freezes?
Also what browser and operating system.
