Zerks (Bugged quick attacks / Slide Flings)

I play the game quite a bit and have met a few of you on the US Server, something however has appeared in the past week that has taken the skill factor far out of proportion with the classes; the Zerk for certain players (according to anecdotes of Zerk players) currently is able to attack without a wait que, so these are comically fast left click attacks that are coupled with a slide attack feature that is able to fling a player across a sizable amount of ground.

A knockdown is fair, and a faster than standard warrior attack is also fair, but an attack speed that ignores cooldown isn't, nor is a slide attack that flings friends and foes across a comical distance. My thoughts, I do believe these to be bugs since other players that are Zerks are not able to replicate these moves and actions and other Zerks are able to do so.
